CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been shipped, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our support team at customercare@cllctd.co.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Check your email for your CLLCTD order receipt. There you'll find your tracking number. You will be sent an order confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
CLLCTD is pleased to offer free domestic ground shipping for orders over $150. We also offer simple and affordable flat rate domestic shipping for $9.95 on all orders under $150.
HOW IS MY ORDER 100% CARBON NEUTRAL?
CLLCTD is please to offer 100% carbon neutral shipping on all orders at no additional cost to the customer. CO2 accounts for 95% of the climate impact from burning fossil fuels for transportation. This is our commitment to sustainable business practices and our way to help clean it up!
